Trauma can be experienced by anyone at any stage of life and generally refers to a distressing experience or the lasting psychological effects that follow such experiences.  The REWIND technique is primarily used for treating PTSD and trauma related symptoms particularly  where intrusive memories, flashbacks and phobias are present.  It has a high success rate and the positive outcomes of rewind trauma therapy session  usually include a reduction of PTSD symptoms such as flashbacks, nightmares, and anxiety. which typically begin to reduce within days of the session. When you have experienced or witnessed traumatic event/s, the trauma memories sit at the front of your brain and are triggered by thoughts, flashbacks, reminders of things you hear, things you see, things you smell. The Rewind  offers a way of permanently stopping the involuntary recall by filing the traumatic event so it comes under control.
